Our Strategies
To achieve meaningful and lasting impact, ACDC employs innovative, inclusive, and community-driven strategies. We combine grassroots engagement, capacity building, advocacy, and partnerships to address critical challenges and drive sustainable change across our thematic focus areas.
Community Needs Assessment
ACDC consistently conducts comprehensive community needs assessments to ensure its programming work is based on identified key challenges and priorities within the communities we serve.
Community Mobilization
We establish mechanisms for mobilization and meaningful participation of communities in decision-making processes during development and/or budget public participation forums.
Resource Mobilization
ACDC actively undertakes resource mobilization efforts to secure funding, donations and in-kind support from various sources, including donor grants, government, the private sector and community fundraising initiatives to ensure availability of the necessary resources to sustain and expand our programs.
Networking and Partnerships
ACDC seeks to network and partner with like-minded organizations, government agencies, other CBOs & NGOs to leverage resources, expertise and networks for more impactful development outcomes in Nyandarua County.
Monitoring and Evaluation
ACDC has established monitoring and evaluation systems to track progress, measure impact and ensure accountability in the implementation of programs and initiatives.
